Is your child alone at home?

Home - it's where children grow and learn, the place where they find comfort, love and care. It's where they can see, touch, explore and experience the world around them, so their minds and bodies develop properly. It's also a place where children need to feel safe.

Home is a special place when you are growing up. It’s a place to explore, to have adventures and to play. The home is also the most common place for young children to be injured. Most accidents are predictable and preventable. Try to make the home environment as safe as possible before your baby arrives and again before your child starts crawling.

You must always ensure the inside of your home is safe. You must also consider hazards found in outdoor areas, particularly the driveway, front and rear gardens, pool and barbeque areas, garden sheds, play areas and cubby houses.

Your child is big enough now. Let's see how he/she reacts to the new condition without hanging on to your fingertips. But before you leave them, guide them with some necessary tips so that they can feel more confortable in the situation.

Take a look at the home safety tips for children:

Child Safety Checklist

Never leave young children unattended for any length of time
Keep cleaning supplies, poisons, alcohol and other toxic agents locked up and out of reach
If you leave older children home alone, be sure they understand the importance of keeping the doors and windows locked at all times. And tell them to never answer the door for anyone other than a trusted friend or family member.
Never allow your kids to operate the oven, stove, washing machine or other appliance without your supervision
Never allow young children to shower or bathe unless you or another adult can assist them if needed
Make sure a list of emergency contact numbers is clearly posted

Ask your child how he feels about staying home alone. If he seems worried or afraid, he may not be ready. But if he's keen to try, this experience can foster his sense of independence. Make use of these tips and let your child be safe and comfort at your home even lonely. Thus you can be stress-free and happy that your child has grown to be independent. Dream Home For Every Individual

Time has changed. The time has gone when people used to posses acres of land and used to "Live Life King Size".

It is the time when you have a pay millions for a small piece of land. Getting a suitable location doesn't sync with your budget always so you go for outskirts of your city and reside there with a hope that some day there will be development in your area, by the time the area gets developed you reach at the age of 50.

So getting back to the same, has the mother earth been already pre-booked by the millionaires and billionaires ? No land to build big bungalows and big mansions left so we can a huge number of people opting for apartments and flats.

Again there is a huge competition between builders. Good builders are those who do not compensate customer's needs so as to provide them apartments at less rates, good builders are those who provide fine quality homes with all amenities satisfying all the needs of their customers.

They have to keep in their minds that they are building their customer's dreams not just houses with bricks and cement. NEST group strives at providing spaces which suits all income groups. Unveil the magic of Monsoons in your dream home

It is rightly said – the best time to enjoy the beauty of Kerala is during the monsoons.  Kerala backwaters are boundaried with lush greenery and waterfalls giving a different feel to the entire place. June is a seminal month in Kerala, an intermediary that hints of the pleasures of a South Asian summer.

Living in Kerala, enjoying the true sense of nature blended with monsoon rains makes it worth for living. Build your dream home anywhere in Kerala. Nest Infratech is the real estate and infrastructure development wing of the multi-billion dollar multinational company, the Nest. The company gives shape to some of the most ambitious and luxurious living spaces across the country. No, matter where it is , we have a space for you.

Monsoon vacations and getaways are popular amongst holidaymakers for the waterfalls, the greenery, for water adventure and for some to admire the lush greenery. However, there’s more to it; the monsoons in certain destinations are considered off-season, however for enthusiasts this goes down as the best time to enjoy a pleasant and affordable stay at places where bookings are either hard to come mainly due to the demand or high prices during season time.

Since youth, I have heard the melodious sound and to this day it brings back memories of final exams, the never ending wait for summer vacations, family visits and all the other things that made summer the most important season for a child. It truly is the sound of Kerala’s summer, a redoubtable counterpart to the robin’s warble ...

After a dry summer spell that grips the nation, monsoon is a welcome change. With monsoon you will see the other side of India where nature comes alive in a landscape of cool, lush greenery. The sight of the first rains & the sweet smell of the soil makes for a soothing combination.

Many love the monsoons & simply love getting wet in the rains. Children love enjoying a game of football, or even go out cycling in the rain just to get wet and enjoying the soaking wet experience after a rather dry and humid summer patch.

Hold your loved ones in your arms and enjoy the monsoon standing in the corridors or balcony of your dream home. I bet, that would be more affectionate and auspicious in your life.
